RELATIONSHIPS, BOUNDARIES & COMMUNICATION
The Same Argument, Different Person
Maybe it's the friend who takes and takes. The partner you can't seem to tell no to. The family member whose opinion still runs through your head before your own does. If you keep ending up in the same relational spot with different people, that's not a coincidence, it's a pattern, and patterns can be understood and changed.

How Therapy Helps
We'll look at where these patterns started, often earlier than you'd expect, and build the specific communication and boundary-setting skills that let you show up differently. This isn't about becoming a different person, it's about closing the gap between what you want to say and what actually comes out.
What to Expect
Expect direct, practical conversation: real scripts for real situations, not just "how does that make you feel." We'll also spend time on the family-of-origin piece, since most relationship patterns in adulthood trace back to relationship patterns first learned much earlier. See the FAQ page for what a first session looks like.
