GET TO KNOW ME

Hey there! I’m Meagan, and I am so glad you’ve made the brave option to consider going to counseling! I took a long and circuitous route to get here, and I imagine going to therapy wasn’t exactly your first preference either. I’ll do what I can to make you feel welcome and comfortable as we get to know one another.

 

I approach counseling from a strengths-based perspective, which means I believe you already have what you need, you may just need some help finding it and drawing it out. You are the expert on your own life, and I want to come alongside you to help you build a meaningful, fulfilling one.

 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, reading, and being outdoors.
